Photographic Evidence
Offenders should note before making an appeal that all vehicles when clamped or removed are photographed by digital camera, which is date- and time-stamped showing the offence committed. Photographs are for internal use only and they will only be passed over to a specialist debt collection agency and used as prosecuting evidence in any court case against you. We do not supply this evidence to members of the public.
Appeals will not be considered for the following reasons
- Permit fell down
- Forgot to display permit
- Waiting to receive permit
- You had a resident's permit for another vehicle
- Lost permit
- There was nowhere else to park
- Permit in car somewhere but not visible
